Overview

This 2-hour seminar provides a structured and practical introduction to using ChatGPT prompts in project environments. Participants are introduced to 20 prompts covering common project-management activities, with examples showing how the wording can be adapted depending on the project, stakeholder, stage or required format.

Hour 1 focuses on prompt foundations, project planning and communication. Hour 2 moves into reporting, risk, decision support, change and project learning. The session also covers how to refine an initial response, protect sensitive project information and verify AI-generated content before it is used.

Why you should Attend

Using ChatGPT without a clear prompt can produce generic, incomplete or misleading results. For project managers, that can mean extra rework, poorly framed stakeholder communications or AI-generated information being treated as fact without sufficient review.

This seminar provides a practical toolkit of 20 project-specific prompts and shows how to adapt them by project context, audience and required output. Participants leave with prompt structures they can reuse immediately, while also understanding where human judgement, verification and data confidentiality remain essential.
