This session builds a rolling thirteen-week model that compares the hours you actually have against the work you have already promised. Attendees learn to calculate true availability rather than headcount, load committed work by skill and week, expose the weeks where demand exceeds supply, and produce a short list of specific trade-off options. The model is deliberately small enough to maintain weekly and clear enough to show a sponsor.
