Speaker Profile

Susan Power is the Founder and CEO of PowerUp Leadership, a boutique leadership coaching advisory company in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. She is a Professional Certified Coach through International Coaching Federation. Over Susan’s 25 year career, she has supported many leaders to successfully transition from technical leader to effectively lead and inspire a team towards high performance.

Susan built her consulting skills working at a various firms in Toronto including time at Accenture. She founded Higher Talent, a consulting business in Newfoundland and Labrador, and sold it In 2016, to join JD Irving Ltd. as the Executive HR Director, before returning to entrepreneurship.
