In this introductory embodied leader webinar, I'll guide you in using pressure - the energy of change to enhance wellbeing, performance, and authentic leadership presence. You'll learn the difference between pressure and stress and the universal laws which govern them. Then I'll guide you in identifying your energy habits and share how these affect your well-being. You’ll be introduced to an inner transformational map and practice moving from the continuous thoughts in your head to your mind /body/energy field. Through sensing, you'll learn to center/ground your energy and shift into a more spacious, leadership presence and upgraded version of who you are.
