From Stakeholder Requests to Controlled Requirements in Excel

Overview

This session builds a working requirements register in Excel that connects each requirement to the business outcome it serves, the stakeholder who owns it, the acceptance criteria that will prove it, and the test that will demonstrate it. Attendees learn to capture decisions and dependencies alongside the requirements themselves, and to assess change impact through the register rather than by memory. It is deliberately lightweight - a register a working analyst will actually maintain.
