Overview

In this live, interactive presentation I will discuss state of the art approaches and tips for generating a culture that not only can recover in these disruptive times; it can exceed what has been. Participants will leave the presentation with specific steps they can implement immediately as well as long term strategies that will generate an extraordinary culture of wellbeing and high performance.

Why you should Attend

Is your staff exhausted? Disengaged? Stressed? Has any of your talented associate left your organization? If so, it's time to evaluate your organizational culture and develop a wellness culture.

Generate a resilient culture that supports the wellness of your associates and watch engagement, high performance, and the ability to attract and retain top talent significantly increase. How do you create such a culture?

Many companies are attempting to generate a wellness culture by offering such things as healthy snacks, gym memberships and meditation rooms. Although these are generous and helpful offerings, they do not get to the heart of what employees need to remain healthy and resilient in these high-pressured times. Instead, to reduce stress in your team you need to develop a culture that directly addresses associates' issues that affect wellbeing.
