Overview

Anger management is rarely addressed in school or the workplace, yet how we manage it-both our own and others'-can profoundly impact our careers, relationships, and overall well-being.

When anger is seen as a threat, our instinct is to defend, withdraw, or push back. This only deepens disconnection and fuels conflict. But when we learn to recognize anger as a signal-an invitation to listen, understand, and engage more deeply-it becomes a powerful tool for building trust, resolving issues, and strengthening human connection.
