Overview

Organizations are under increasing pressure to adopt artificial intelligence, but rushing into AI without strong operational foundations can create frustration, inconsistency, and unnecessary risk.

Before implementing advanced AI tools, automation, or agents, organizations need clear processes, reliable data, defined ownership, documented decision points, and measurable quality expectations.

This session provides a practical framework for assessing AI readiness and identifying where to begin. Participants will examine how work currently moves through their organization and identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, unclear decisions, information gaps, and inconsistent standards.

The program will explore how to evaluate potential AI use cases based on value, feasibility, risk, data availability, process maturity, and human oversight requirements. Participants will also learn how documentation and workflow improvement can make future AI initiatives significantly more successful.

By the end of the session, attendees will be able to identify promising starting points for AI adoption, recognize processes that need improvement before automation, and develop a more thoughtful roadmap for introducing AI into their teams or organizations.

Why you should Attend

Successful AI adoption starts long before an organization introduces advanced automation or agents. AI cannot fix unclear processes, poor-quality data, missing documentation, undefined ownership, or inconsistent standards. In many cases, introducing AI into a weak process simply makes problems happen faster.

This session helps leaders and professionals determine whether their organization is truly ready for AI and where implementation should begin. Participants will examine their workflows, documentation, data quality, ownership, decision points, and quality expectations to identify strong opportunities for AI. Attendees will learn how to prioritize use cases, strengthen the processes underneath them, and build a practical roadmap for adoption. The goal is to help organizations invest in AI where it can create meaningful value rather than automating processes that first need to be improved.
