Overview

ICE raids are becoming a reality for more and more employers. Understanding what to do (or not do) when ICE shows up at your door is critical.

In our interactive, instructor-led 90-minute event, you will learn how to prepare for, respond to, and mitigate the legal and organizational risks of an ICE workplace raid. This session equips employers with practical tools to uphold employees' rights, steps you can take to reduce the likelihood of a raid, and guidelines for the new Form I-9 for 2025. The I-9 form compliance matters as it can be a segway to immigration raids. This "silent raid" has impacted the workplace, and Employers must ensure that their I-9 form compliance is in place to avoid fines, penalties, and the potential for workplace immigration raids.

Now that the "One Big Beautiful Bill" has been passed, Employers need to learn what the current administration’s goals are and how they can mitigate them. There are several workplace immigration enforcement activities that will impact the workplace, and now is the time for Employers to prepare for what is expected with the immigration enforcement initiatives that will hit their workplace.
