The workshop is based on the instructor's recent book.

The objective of this workshop is to use the features of the data ribbon and the PivotTable of Excel for what we call datamining. Using the process of extracting and discovering patterns in small and large data sets involving methods like sorting, filtering and other Excel tools - is what we call data mining. 

When you complete this workshop - you will be able to use all the data features of Excel; sorting, filtering, using the subtotal and manipulating the data with PivotTable and PivotCharts. The attendees will be using the same Excel files as the instructor - with the objective of being able to use the features on their own.

You will receive all the Excel files before the workshop – so that you can practice all these techniques during the workshop and on you own.
